While pleading with beneficiaries that the cause of the delay on their stipend payment has been rectified. It has been captured into the government payroll and there will be no more delays in the future. Most beneficiaries never know the battle the humanitarian minister is fighting on their behalf. It is expected that the alerts would start rolling in from Thursday the 21th of may 2020.
