Dog meat is a delicacy enjoyed in Nigeria by many tribes, in the south south, the calabars love it so much. In the west ,ondo state indegines love dog meat. Some people in the southeast also love eating dog meat.

But there two basic reasons why you should eat dog meat today. Something that ,if you were aware of ,you would prefer dog meat to any other type of meat in the market today.

The number one reason to eat dog meat is ,it is very rich in vitamins namely:(1) Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues and helps your body fight against diseases.(2) Vitamin B1 or Thiamine, also known as thiamin is a vitamin found in dog meat. It is one of the essential vitamins your body needs ,for your day to day function. (3) Vitamin B2 or Riboflavin, is a vitamin found in dog meat and used as a dietary supplement. It is required by the body for cellular respiration.

Another reason to eat dog meat is because it contains or is very rich in minerals.Some of the minerals it is rich in are: Calcium, Phosphorus, iron, sodium and Niacin.

Calcium is a mineral that is necessary for life. In addition to building bones and keeping them healthy, calcium enables our blood to clot, our muscles to contract, and our heart to beat.

Phosphorus is important because your body needs it for many functions, such as filtering waste , and it is abundant in dog meat.

Niacin, also known as nicotinic acid, is an organic compound and a form of vitamin B3, an essential human nutrient. Niacin is an essential vitamin that helps the digestive system, skin and nervous system to function properly. Try to eat dog meat today for a better ,healthy living.
